MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - After beginning the season 3-0 the Middle Tennessee remains No. 15 in the American Volleyball Coaches Association Top-25 poll.

The Blue Raiders received 551 votes in the poll which is 72 more votes than it received in the preseason poll two weeks ago.
Middle Tennessee remains the only Sun Belt team ranked in the poll but both Florida International and Western Kentucky received votes after beginning the season 3-0.
Iowa State, who will face Middle Tennessee on Friday, dropped out of the poll but received 104 votes. The Cyclones began the 2008 season 2-1 defeating Ole Miss and Illinois State.
The Blue Raiders will be back in action on Friday, Sept. 5 and Saturday, Sept. 6 as it plays host to the Blue Raider Bash on the campus of MTSU.
